Silicon Cutt硅膠切條機(jī)Silicon Cutting M-achine(帶an全防護(hù)型) 數(shù)控硅膠切條機(jī)是我公司zhuan業(yè)訂制的zui款，既能分條又能切條、切塊、切斷的一機(jī)多用設(shè)備。其一、計(jì)量準(zhǔn)——其切條切塊精度高，可節(jié)省原材料降價(jià)成本（該機(jī)主要用于切硅膠）；其二、在an全上，刀架前不但裝有an全檔板，而且還裝有an全感應(yīng)開(kāi)關(guān)，只要把a(bǔ)n全檔板抽動(dòng)，全機(jī)斷電，杜絕切手事故發(fā)生。1、 本機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)采用松下高性能PLC與tai灣gao檔彩色人機(jī)界面組成，性能穩(wěn)定；2、切刀定位采用tai灣直線導(dǎo)軌軸承傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，確保每一刀所切位置一樣，切刀高度調(diào)節(jié)采用圓螺       母微調(diào)機(jī)構(gòu)）；3、膠料采用無(wú)動(dòng)力不銹鋼輥筒進(jìn)行輸送，準(zhǔn)確且能與壓料滾筒同步；4、使用變速馬達(dá)，可調(diào)整切條速度。5. 可同時(shí)切三種不同寬度的的膠料，對(duì)膠料的切料次數(shù)可進(jìn)行設(shè)定，滿足特殊客戶的需要。
