*確認(rèn)拉力計(jì)規(guī)格是否與主軸夾爪的規(guī)格相對(duì)應(yīng)。
* Check the specification of pull force gauges should
correspond the specification of spindle clamping unit.
*量測(cè)環(huán)境溫度需控制在室溫25±1℃內(nèi)。
*Measuring environment’s temperature should be controlled within 25 ± 1℃.
*將拉力計(jì)及主軸前端錐度部位擦拭乾淨(jìng)後，夾持拉力計(jì)即可。
* Clean the pull force gauges and front-end taper parts and then
clamp the pull force gauge.
1)HSK63A/E拉力計(jì)的調(diào)整方式如左圖所示：

2)為確保量測(cè)數(shù)值的正確性，拉力計(jì)須在有預(yù)拉的情況下使用。
To ensure the accuracy of measurement the pull force;
gauge has to be used in the pre-pull condition.
3)實(shí)測(cè)拉力：以指針?biāo)竿馊χ當(dāng)?shù)值X10，即為實(shí)測(cè)拉力(kg-f)
