1、床身結(jié)構(gòu)：焊接結(jié)構(gòu)，保證工件旋轉(zhuǎn)直徑和床身的強(qiáng)度。床身進(jìn)行熱處理。焊槍相對(duì)固定，工件旋轉(zhuǎn)，焊接位置水平。工件由三爪卡盤夾緊隨動(dòng)，中間有升降支撐機(jī)構(gòu)。

2、主軸箱：主軸帶有間隙微調(diào)裝置，以便于軸承磨損后有效調(diào)節(jié)主軸跳動(dòng)，主軸徑向與端面跳動(dòng)＜0.15mm。尾座與主軸同軸度＜0.15mm。

3、工件支撐：采用直線導(dǎo)軌，個(gè)工件手工調(diào)整位置以及高度，調(diào)整后自動(dòng)控制上升和下降。工件支撐機(jī)構(gòu)可沿導(dǎo)軌縱向移動(dòng)，以適應(yīng)不同長(zhǎng)度工件的焊接。
3, the workpiece support: the use of linear guide, manual adjustment of the position and height of the workpiece, adjusted to automatically control the rise and fall. The workpiece supporting mechanism can move along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail to adapt to the welding of workpieces with different lengths.
4、焊槍系統(tǒng)：電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)（自動(dòng)/手動(dòng)），每一圈上升高度可調(diào)，焊槍角度可調(diào)，焊槍微調(diào)，焊槍左右可移動(dòng)。

5、擺動(dòng)系統(tǒng)：焊槍要有擺動(dòng)和提升功能，來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)在焊接過(guò)程中焊槍的自動(dòng)提升和擺動(dòng)，以完成多層焊，填滿焊道。擺動(dòng)速度:0～100回每分鐘。擺動(dòng)范圍:0～25mm。
5, the system should have: welding torch swing swinging and lifting function, to achieve automatic lifting and swing in the process of welding torch, to complete the welding, weld fill. Swing speed: 0 to 100 minutes per minute. Swing range: 0 ~ 25mm.
