設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)概述：
本生產(chǎn)線可生產(chǎn)電纜橋架，不同規(guī)格通過(guò)更換沖模完成，輥彎?rùn)C(jī)采用組合可調(diào)式，一套軋輥完成所有規(guī)格橋架產(chǎn)品，規(guī)格變化可以自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)。
設(shè)備性能
1, 可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要軋制個(gè)帶鋼寬度100mm≤§≤860mm多種規(guī)格的電纜橋架。
2, 在線沖孔時(shí)生產(chǎn)速度：2.5～5米/分鐘。
3, 成型設(shè)備連續(xù)成型速度時(shí)：10～15米/分鐘。
4, 板材料厚：1-2.5mm。
5, 材質(zhì)要求：低炭鋼、鍍鋅帶鋼卷。
6, 生產(chǎn)線分自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)兩種操作方式，可實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)動(dòng)和分段運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)作業(yè)。

全套設(shè)備由開(kāi)卷機(jī)、ML-900整平機(jī)、伺服送料裝置、JF21-200B沖床、沖模、輸送臺(tái)、成型主機(jī)、定尺切斷、收料臺(tái)和電器控制等部件組成。

This production line may produce the cable tray, the different sizes through the replace punching moulds to complete. Forming machine is combined and adjustable, one set of combined rollers complete all cable tray products, the change size through adjust distance of rollers to complete.
